Job summary

Matas Group is seeking an AI Project Manager to drive AI transformation across the Nordics, translating business needs into actionable AI initiatives and delivering measurable value. You will collaborate with the technology organization, external partners and key business stakeholders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland to ensure adoption and successful implementation of AI solutions.

The role is part of the Group AI Transformation Office and focuses on evolving the AI operating model,

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across seniority levels.
Curious and creative mindset, comfortable challenging existing ways of working.
Analytical thinker with a structured but pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Self-driven and comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional AI projects from concept to implementation and adoption.
Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Collaborate closely with technology teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
Ensure effective adoption of AI tools within the organization.
Be part of maintaining and evolving the AI operating model, including ways of working and AI Center of Excellence.
Provide targeted AI enablement and hands-on support for teams and functions.
Support AI strategy development, roadmap planning and prioritization.
