Matas Group is seeking a Senior Transformation Associate to help shape and drive a Nordic-wide transformation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, organisational effectiveness, and execution, bridging ideas and action across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with operating models and transformation across organisations
• Proven ability to drive and facilitate cross-functional workshops
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking and executive-level communication

Responsabilités

• Translate operating model principles into practical ways of working and governance
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and drive decision-making and implementation
• Support leaders in adopting new ways of working and translating changes into day‑to‑day practice
• Structure complex transformation topics and develop pragmatic solutions with the business
• Plan and track milestones, dependencies, risks and progress of initiatives
• Develop clear materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Group functions and Nordic markets to balance consistency and local needs
