Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI and digital initiatives across Global Finance. You will align stakeholders, prioritise work streams and manage risks from idea to handover, delivering value at scale.

You will collaborate with developers, functional experts and testers in an international environment, driving adoption and measurable outcomes while maintaining project discipline and transparency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, IT, data or AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical delivery teams; developers, functional experts and testers.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, dependencies and stakeholder groups in an international organisation.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Results-driven, structured and proactive with planning, prioritisation and execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgement; able to challenge constructively.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple digital and AI initiatives; translate objectives into actionable backlog.
• Design AI-enabled capabilities to streamline finance processes and data-driven decisions.
• Drive scoping, development, testing, implementation and adoption with high quality.
• Facilitate Agile events and remove impediments to keep delivery flowing.
• Set delivery KPIs; report progress, value, quality, risks and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Build alignment across Finance and other areas; support user readiness and adoption.
• Coordinate quality, data privacy, IT security and testing activities with specialists.
