Matas Group is seeking an AI Project Manager to drive the adoption and integration of AI across the Nordics. You will report to the Head of AI Transformation Office and collaborate with the technology organization, external partners and key business stakeholders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

In this pivotal role, you will lead diverse AI projects—from technology-focused initiatives to business transformation—ensuring measurable value and scalable adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI projects from concept to implementation and adoption.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with technology teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure effective adoption of AI tools within the organization.
• Maintain and evolve the AI operating model, including ways of working and AI Center of Excellence.
• Provide targeted AI enablement and hands-on support for teams and functions.
• Support AI strategy development, roadmap planning and prioritization.
