Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI and digital initiatives within Global Finance. You will align stakeholders, manage risks and drive delivery from ideation to handover in a fast-moving, scalable way.

You will own multiple digital and AI initiatives, design capabilities for finance processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, finance experts and testers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in digital, IT, data or AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional technical delivery teams and Agile delivery.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to communicate across organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of digital and AI initiatives from idea to handover with clear plans and visible risks.
• Plan and deliver multiple initiatives with a prioritised backlog aligned to business objectives.
• Design AI-enabled capabilities to streamline finance processes and support data-driven decisions.
• Drive scoping, development, testing, implementation and adoption with high quality.
• Facilitate Agile events and remove impediments to keep delivery flowing.
• Set delivery KPIs and report progress, risks and dependencies transparently.
• Coordinate with Finance and other areas to ensure readiness, adoption and value realization.
