Job summary

• Be part of maintaining and evolving the AI operating model, including ways of working and AI Center of Excellence.
• Provide targeted AI enablement and hands-on support for teams and functions.
• Support AI strategy development, roadmap planning and prioritization.

In this key role, you will be a part of our Group AI Transformation Office responsible for driving transformative change across all group functions. Lead various AI projects across the Nordics

As an AI Project Manager, you will lead a variety of AI projects and initiatives, from more technology focused projects to business transformation, adoption and enablement. You will report to the Head of AI Transformation Office and collaborate closely with our technology organization, external partners and key business stakeholders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your profile and experience, but your overall focus will be on driving successful adoption and integration of AI across the organization.

Your areas of responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional AI projects from concept to implementation and adoption
• Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives that deliver measurable value
• Collaborate closely with technology teams, external partners, and business stakeholders
• Ensure effective adoption of AI tools within the organization
• Be part of maintaining and evolving the AI operating model, including ways of working, AI Center of Excellence etc.

What will help you succeed

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of management consulting or project management experience within technology, or similar role
• Relevant educational background in business, engineering, technology, or a related field
• A genuine interest in AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies
• Experience from retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing industries is an advantage, but not a requirement
