Job summary

The Tech Collective, part of Implement Consulting Group, seeks an AI business analyst to plan projects and identify solutions that address client challenges. You will gather requirements through interviews and workshops, working closely with the technical team to ensure the right outcomes are built and adopted.

• Experience running interviews and workshops to translate insights into requirements.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to define desired outcomes.
• Strong interest in AI technology and how it informs business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and determine AI solutions to client challenges.
• Lead interviews/workshops to elicit stakeholder needs and translate them for tech teams.
• Ensure adoption of new tools and designate ownership after delivery.
• Collaborate with communications, service desks and product owners during change initiatives.
• Spend time training and facilitating sessions, including remote workshops when needed.
