Job summary

EG A/S is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help develop and advise ØS Indsigt, our accounts receivable and debtor management solution used across public and private sectors. You will join a team advising municipalities and regions on how the ERP solution can improve processes.

You will collaborate with colleagues to understand user needs, tackle complex issues, and drive value for end users. The role offers hybrid work with a possibility to work from Ikast or Aarhus, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience with municipal billing and collection.
• Knowledge of debt collection for public authorities.
• Interest in the technology behind the ØS Indsigt system.
• Ability to understand and work through complex issues.
• Experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI.
• Self-driven when finding tasks and learning new IT systems.
• Strong ability to prioritize your own tasks.
• Able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Positive and curious personality.
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Preparing solution descriptions for new features.
• Testing and documentation.
• Implementing ØS Indsigt at new customers.
• Training super users.
• Supporting customers' super-users.
