Job summary

EG in Ikast/Aarhus is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to advise on ØS Indsigt, an accounts receivable solution used by public authorities. You will describe new features, test and document, implement at new customers, train super users, and support customers’ super-users.

The role values initiative, collaboration, and the ability to translate user needs into effective IT solutions. Hybrid work is offered with Danish and English communication expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with municipal billing and collection.
• Knowledge of debt collection for public authorities.
• Interest in the technology behind the ØS Indsigt system.
• Ability to understand and work through complex issues.
• Experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI.
• Self-driven when it comes to finding tasks and learning new IT systems.
• Strong ability to prioritise your own tasks.
• Ability to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Positive and curious personality.
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish.
• Clear communication in English, in writing and speech.
