Understory in Aarhus is growing its Marketing Operations team. As Marketing Operations Lead you run Marketing Operations day to day and guide the team toward AI-led operations.

You are a hands-on lead delivering for customers and shaping the playbook that Sales and Customer Success rely on. You\'ll work closely with Product to define tools and AI workflows, coach teammates, and help scale the service as the company expands globally.

Qualifications

• Around three years in performance marketing or marketing ops, at an agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with paid social and search campaigns.
• Strong communicator who guides others and shares knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on for customers across marketing products using in-house tools and AI workflows.
• Plan the team’s daily rhythm: priorities, capacity and delivery against service levels.
• Maintain a single, current playbook used by Sales and Customer Success to sell and deliver our service.
• Decide with Product where a person needs to be in the loop and move work along as tools mature.
• Coach and onboard teammates to grow their capabilities as the team expands.
• Be the accountable owner of the playbook and ensure quality and consistency.
