Job summary

GN Group is seeking an AI Developer to shape its next generation of intelligent solutions. You will design, build, and deploy multi-step autonomous agents, generative AI tools, and intelligent systems that scale across GN.

You will join the Digital Incubation & AI team, translating use cases into practical capabilities and partnering with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver reliable, production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science, software engineering, ML, data science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid Python development skills and experience with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of machine learning, model evaluation, retrieval techniques, data workflows, and generative AI methods.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to learn in a changing environment.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and lifecycle tooling (MLOps/LLMOps) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and generative AI solutions integrated with business tools and platforms.
• Develop and optimise machine-learning pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks that support reliable and responsible AI use.
• Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to translate use cases into practical capabilities and self-service solutions.
• Explore and assess emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools to inform GN’s AI development.
• Take ownership of solutions from early concept through deployment and ongoing improvement.
