Job summary

GN Group is seeking an AI Developer to help shape its next generation of intelligent solutions. You will design, build, and deploy multi-step autonomous agents and generative AI tools within the Digital Incubation & AI team, turning emerging capabilities into scalable, practical tools that support colleagues and improve workflows across GN.

Qualifications

• Background in CS/SE or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python skills and AI/LLM orchestration experience.
• Knowledge of ML, retrieval techniques, data workflows, and generative AI methods.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
