Factbird is seeking an AI Enablement Coordinator to shape how the company uses AI internally, from chatbots to multi-agent setups, in a hybrid role blending technical and people-facing work.

You will own the AI tooling, licenses, and training materials, building a company-wide library of reusable skills, prompts, and agents, while outlining automation roadmaps for multiple departments. This role emphasizes independent initiative and business impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years since graduating from a relevant technical Masters program
• Strong technical understanding of AI and AI tooling
• Interest in growing beyond a purely technical track into project management and cross-team influence
• Comfort working independently and owning a broad, loosely defined area
• Clear communication to explain AI capabilities and limits to non-technical colleagues
• Experience training, coaching, or presenting to non-technical colleagues
• Proactive streak to push AI adoption forward

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our internal AI tooling — what we use, how it's set up, and how people learn to use it well
• Manage licenses for internal AI tools, keeping an eye on cost and compliance
• Build training and documentation for company-wide adoption, including a library of reusable skills, prompts and agents
• Create a roadmap of processes and workflows that can be automated with AI and support departments across Factbird
