Job summary

Factbird, Copenhagen, is seeking an AI Enablement Coordinator to shape how we use AI internally, from chatbots to multi-agent setups. It’s a hybrid role, blending technical curiosity with people-facing impact, and offers independence to define a broad mandate across the company.

You’ll own internal AI tooling, manage licenses, and develop training materials while building a roadmap for automated workflows. If you enjoy turning complex AI concepts into practical guidance and helping non-technical

Qualifications

• 2+ years since graduating from a relevant technical Master’s program; more is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of AI and AI tooling; you don’t need to build models, but you should understand how tools work.
• Interest in moving beyond a purely technical track into project management and cross-team influence.
• Ability to work independently and own a broad, loosely defined area.
• Clear communication to explain AI capabilities to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience training, coaching, or presenting to non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive mindset to push AI adoption forward, not just follow a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our internal AI tooling, including setup and user adoption guidance.
• Manage licenses for internal AI tools, monitor cost, ensure compliance.
• Create training and documentation for company-wide use of AI, including a library of reusable skills, prompts, and agents.
• Develop a roadmap of AI-enabled processes and workflows to support departments across Factbird.
