Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks an AI Development Integration Engineer to work with enterprise clients, embedding with customer engineering teams to implement AI-assisted development tools. You will help integrate agents into complex, large-scale environments.

You will collaborate across legacy systems, design observability and feedback mechanisms, and support upskilling through workshops with client engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with experience in .NET/C# and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, LLM integration or AI agents.
• Cloud or hybrid infrastructure experience.
• CI/CD, Git and GitHub Actions experience.
• Customer-facing consulting or embedded engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in large, complex enterprise environments.
