Job summary

VELUX is seeking an AI Change Lead to drive people-side transformation as AI becomes part of everyday work. You will own the upskilling programme, guide adoption of AI tools, and build an ecosystem with playbooks, documentation, and community activities across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders from AI Centre of Excellence, P&O and business functions to ensure measurable business value through behavioural change and effective AI rollout. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and enablement within a large international organisation.
• Designed and delivered enterprise-wide capability-building programmes resulting in measurable behavioural change.
• Engaging facilitator and communicator for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI upskilling programme including learning journeys and workshops.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through onboarding and best-practice sharing.
• Build and maintain an AI adoption ecosystem with playbooks and self-service resources.
• Establish and grow an AI Champions network and coordinate community activities.
