Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a Business Analyst and Product Owner to own Ambu’s Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) system and drive portfolio reporting and insights. You will enable efficient project execution across R&D by ensuring systems, data, and governance support planning, prioritization and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or PMO/portfolio management
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation of the PPM system to support governance and project execution
• Translate business needs into system design and a PPM roadmap, interfacing with PMO, IT, Finance
• Establish reporting on project portfolio and resource allocation using Power BI and AI, with data governance
• Support adoption of AI-driven, scalable ways of working across R&D
