Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a PLM Technical Workstream Lead to own the end-to-end technical delivery for the PLM workstream within Corporate IT Applications. You will co-lead with the GPO/GPLs to ensure process-system alignment, decision-ready design, disciplined delivery, and operational readiness across the PLM scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical workstreams on enterprise platforms (ERP, QMS, PLM) in global settings.
• Proven leadership of architecture, integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Strong command of non-functional requirements: performance, reliability, security, privacy, SoD, and CSV.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, environment strategy, branching, automation testing, and code quality.
• Adept at partnering with GPOs/GPLs to translate future-state processes into scalable designs.
• Clear, concise communicator in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLM workstream technical governance and design packs.
• Lead architecture, integrations, data migration, and release management across the workstream.
• Define environments, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality gates.
• Coordinate with GPOs, GPLs, and PMO for stage gates and dependency planning.
• Plan migration tooling, trial loads, and cutover steps with QA/Validation.
• Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, SoD, and CSV compliance in collaboration with QA/Validation.
