Ambu A/S is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to shape and drive delivery of high-impact initiatives across our global IT organization. You will report to the Senior Director for Project & Portfolio Management from Ambu's headquarters in Ballerup.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones and risks, and ensure alignment with Ambu's strategic objectives while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. Travel up to 20 days per year is expected.

Formación

• Around 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments.
• Experience delivering IT projects in regulated environments and navigating related documentation and decisions.
• Experience with transformation projects in ERP environments or digital solutions.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field; formal certifications such as Prince2, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive initiation of projects and form efficient project teams with key stakeholders.
• Develop committed milestone plans and manage cross-functional resource allocation and governance.
• Set and maintain alignment on expectations, drive progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to stay on track.
• Establish and facilitate agreed project approaches for design authority and ensure architectural clarity (process, data, technology).
