Ambu A/S is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to shape and drive delivery of high-impact initiatives across our global IT organization. You will report to the Senior Director for Project & Portfolio Management from Ambu's headquarters in Ballerup.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones and risks, and ensure alignment with Ambu's strategic objectives while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. Travel up to 20 days per year is expected.

Ambu is looking for a highly qualified Senior IT Project Manager who can shape and drive execution of projects with high business impact and IT complexity across our global organization! We are expanding the team and opening a new position to further strengthen our project delivery capabilities.
You will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in a global IT organization, delivering on prioritized initiatives within Ambu’s project portfolio. Our projects span the entire value chain, from R&D to Operations, Sales and Marketing, as well as corporate functions. You will report directly to the Senior Director for Project & Portfolio Management within Global IT and work out of Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup.
In this role, your contact base is broad and will include senior management, process owners, key users, IT experts, external partners, and other stakeholders contributing to project outcomes. Ability to establish credibility across a broad stakeholder map is key to success.
As Senior Project Manager, you will have a vital role in shaping and leading prioritized initiatives, directly linked to Ambu objectives.Your main responsibilities include:

As Ambu is a global company and your projects often are global, you can expect to travel up to 20 days per year.
