Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to shape and drive cross-functional IT initiatives with high business impact. You will report to the PMO and work from Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, collaborating with senior leaders and external partners to deliver prioritized IT projects end-to-end.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage milestones, risks, and governance, and ensure delivery on time and within scope while navigating a global, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience delivering IT projects in GxP-regulated environments.
• Transformation/ERP project experience and digital solutions.
• Master's degree in a relevant field; certifications such as Prince2, PMP, SAFe or Scrum preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across the organization, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design and manage large structures in complex stakeholder setups.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with international collaboration experience.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and handling multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiation of projects and form efficient project teams with stakeholders.
• Develop committed milestone plans and establish collaboration rhythms and governance.
• Set and maintain alignment on expectations, drive progress, and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track.
• Establish and facilitate the project approach for design authority and clarify architectural decisions within project boundaries.
