Job summary

Accutics, a Copenhagen-based B2B SaaS company, seeks a hands-on GTM Engineer to own and optimize its new GTM revenue system across the sales lifecycle. You will work with the CEO, AEs, and Product Marketer, building production workflows, ensuring data quality, and driving conversion velocity.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a modern tech stack and an international team. Ideal candidates communicate fluently in English, are located in the Greater Copenhagen area, and hold

Qualifications

1–3 years in GTM Engineering, GTM Operations or RevOps, with outbound/ABM/expansion campaigns.
Hands-on with Clay (Function/Workflow), bi-directional Salesforce sync, APIs, webhooks, automation workflows.
Experience deploying production multi-agent GTM systems with Claude Code/Codex or similar tools.
Highly autonomous, disciplined, commercially minded; measures success by pipeline & revenue.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Capture: build multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
Sales Enablement & Alignment: partner with sales; provide contextual data and ensure transparent workflows.
AI-Supported Revenue Operations: build GTM tech and data stack with enrichment, scoring, routing, automation.
Market & Persona Strategy: translate ICP and persona strategies into repeatable GTM workflows.
Flawless Tracking: ensure accurate campaign tracking and metadata across the platform.
Full-Funnel Analytics: monitor performance from targeting to revenue and iterate to fix bottlenecks.
