Job summary

Helion B2B in Aarhus is looking for a tracking-focused professional to design, implement and tune analytics pipelines across GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.

You will own setups end-to-end, help clients see what their numbers tell them, and contribute to AI-assisted auditing and insight workflows.

We work in English; Danish is a bonus. Three days a week on site at our Aarhus office, and you must have the right to work in Denmark.

Qualifications

• You can build and debug tags, triggers and variables in a web GTM container
• You can configure and debug GA4 and diagnose (not set) dimensions
• You are a finisher: tested and verified, not deployed
• You think for yourself and propose solutions when stuck
• You are curious about AI and want to explore its role in tracking

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and tune analytics pipelines across GTM, GA4 and HubSpot
• Own end-to-end tracking setups and client-facing data storytelling
• Support server-side tracking, consent management and QA
• Develop reporting and insights that help clients act on numbers
• Contribute to AI-assisted auditing and insights workflows
