Job summary

JYSK invites an experienced AI Business Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across the organisation, based at the Aarhus Head Office. You will partner with business leaders to translate AI opportunities into practical value, building the foundation for future growth within the new AI function.

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work with AI specialists and data professionals, and help create scalable AI enablement across units while driving continuous learning and responsible

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Innovation Management, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience driving change management, transformation, or business improvement initiatives
• Strong practical experience with AI tools, enterprise copilots, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority
• Ability to assess, prioritise, and communicate business value from AI use cases
• Enjoys coaching and enabling colleagues while creating engagement around new ways of working

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritise high-value AI use cases
• Design and deliver practical AI training, workshops, and enablement activities for business users
• Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, prompt libraries, responsible AI practices and AI adoption guidelines
• Drive AI adoption strategies and support departments on their AI maturity journey
• Collaborate closely with the Central AI team to evaluate initiatives and determine the right solution approach
• Monitor business impact and value creation through defined metrics
• Engage with the broader AI Ambassador network to improve usage and adoption of AI across all units at JYSK
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to reduce duplication and promote shared learning across JYSK

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

You will act as a trusted partner to business functions, supporting leaders and teams in identifying, prioritising, and implementing AI opportunities. Through training, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and structured change management, you will help ensure that AI becomes a natural and valuable part of daily work across JYSK.

Your success will depend on your ability to build relationships, simplify complex topics, and guide colleagues through transformation in a practical and business-focused way.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Partnering with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritise high-value AI use cases
• Designing and delivering practical AI training, workshops, and enablement activities for business users

You bring a practical and collaborative approach, and you enjoy turning new technologies into meaningful business outcomes.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has 5-7 years of relevant experience
