Job summary

VELUX invites you to join the newly formed Enablers team in Denmark to lead the people side of our AI transformation, driving real behavioural change and business impact through effective AI adoption. You will design and evolve AI upskilling programmes, onboarding and guidance for colleagues, and build an AI adoption ecosystem with playbooks and community activities to empower independence and success.

Qualifications

Solid experience within learning and enablement, change management, digital adoption or a related field in a large international organisation.
Successfully designed and delivered enterprise-wide capability-building programmes that resulted in measurable behavioural change.
An engaging facilitator and communicator who can make complex topics easy to understand and relevant for diverse audiences.
Ability to build credibility with both business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead the people side of the AI transformation and drive behavioural change with measurable business impact.
Develop and evolve AI upskilling programmes, learning journeys, curricula and workshops for different audiences.
Onboard, guide and share best practices to ensure new AI solutions are adopted and used effectively.
Build an AI adoption ecosystem with playbooks, documentation and self-service resources.
Establish and grow an AI Champions network and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.
