Job summary

VELUX Group invites an AI Change Lead to shape how AI becomes part of everyday work across our global organisation. You will own AI upskilling, drive adoption of AI tools, and build an AI adoption ecosystem through playbooks and community activities.

Qualifications

Experience in learning and enablement, change management, digital adoption or related field in a large international organisation.
Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide capability-building programmes with measurable behavioural change.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve AI upskilling programme including learning journeys and curricula.
Drive adoption of AI tools through onboarding, guidance and best-practice sharing.
Build and maintain an AI adoption ecosystem with playbooks, docs, and self-service resources.
Establish and grow an AI Champions network and facilitate community activities.
Support rollout of new AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation.
Measure adoption and business impact, using data to optimise initiatives.
