Job summary

VELUX Group seeks an AI Solutions Partner to bridge business needs and technology, guiding AI use cases from discovery to impact. You will work with leaders, data engineers, data scientists and platform engineers to shape solutions and realise value across business areas.

This role focuses on combining business understanding, technical expertise and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable AI outcomes within a federated delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Data, Analytics or AI solutions in a business environment.
• Strong technical foundation in modern cloud, data and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Experience working with stakeholders to navigate priorities, budgets, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business opportunities and challenges into AI solutions (agents, GenAI apps, automations).
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption and value realisation.
• Define data and semantic requirements; collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams.
• Contribute hands-on through prototyping, configuration, prompt engineering and reusable components development.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management and adoption to maximise impact.
• Communicate progress and realisation of value to senior stakeholders and represent business areas within the AI CoE.

You will join the Data & AI Platforms team, where we work to accelerate the adoption of AI across the organisation through a federated delivery model. Business functions own their priorities and outcomes, while this team provides expertise, standards and delivery capabilities to help turn ideas into scalable solutions.

As an AI Solutions Partner, you will act as the bridge between business and technology. You will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across your assigned business areas, helping them identify opportunities, shape solutions and realise value through AI. Working alongside Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Platform Engineers, you will guide AI use cases from discovery and design through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business understanding, technology expertise and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful outcomes.

• Communicate progress, outcomes and realised value to senior stakeholders and represent your business areas within the AI CoE.
• Feed insights and platform requirements back to engineering teams to help continuously improve shared capabilities and tooling.

What you will bring

• Have experience delivering Data, Analytics or AI solutions in a business environment.
• Bring a strong technical foundation and understanding of modern cloud, data and analytics platforms.
• Have knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions and emerging AI technologies.
• Possess strong solution design and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Have experience working closely with stakeholders and navigating priorities, processes, budgets and change initiatives.
• Are an excellent communicator who can build relationships across both business and technical communities.
• Thrive in collaborative and cross‑functional environments.
• Take a pragmatic and value‑focused approach to delivery.
