Job summary

Orifarm is seeking an AI Business Partner to bridge business strategy and AI execution in a hybrid, Denmark-based role. You will uncover high-value AI opportunities, prioritize roadmaps, and drive initiatives from concept to scalable adoption, embedding AI into core workflows.

You will collaborate with business areas and the AI Office, ensuring governance, risk reviews, and measurable business impact, while leading workshops and stakeholder engagement across functions.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in business, digital transformation, technology or related field.
• At least three years in business partnering, digital transformation, AI or cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to translate priorities into concrete initiatives and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from ideation to adoption and embedding.
• Ensure AI governance, compliance, risk reviews and local signoffs.
• Serve as the link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating needs.
• Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to accelerate adoption and learning.
• Track adoption, quantify benefits, and scale solutions across teams.
