Job summary

VELUX Group is hiring an AI Solutions Partner to bridge business and technology. You will identify AI opportunities with business leaders, translate them into scalable solutions, and guide AI use cases from discovery to value realization.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Platform Engineers in a federated delivery model, shaping the AI agenda and delivering measurable impact across the business areas.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Data, Analytics or AI solutions in a business environment.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of modern cloud, data and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions and emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent communicator with ability to engage stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business opportunities into AI solutions, including agents, GenAI applications, automations and custom-built products.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through design, implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Define data and semantic requirements and collaborate with Data & AI Platforms teams.
• Contribute hands-on through prototyping, configuration and development of reusable components.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management and adoption to maximise impact.
• Communicate progress and realised value to senior stakeholders and feed insights back to engineering teams.
