Terma is seeking an Advanced Platform Engineer to ensure our integration, test, and delivery environments run reliably. You will operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and infrastructure to enable automated, scalable, and secure deployments across international customer projects.

We value experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps, with on‑premises environments and opportunities to influence architecture and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).
• Networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, VLANs) and provisioning.
• Experience evaluating and mitigating security risks in IaC implementations.
• Strong English communication skills – spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain build, integration, and test infrastructure for R&D and customer projects.
• Design, implement, and operate virtual and physical environments for integration, verification, and validation.
• Prepare, configure, and deliver reference and customer systems for operational use.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and test processes using IaC and CaC.
