Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Feature Architect to own the architectural direction of selected DevSecOps capabilities within our Internal Developer Platform. You will bridge strategic direction and day-to-day delivery, collaborating with platform engineers, IT, and delivery teams to translate needs into secure, scalable platform capabilities.

You will work in a fully on-premises, regulated environment, contributing hands-on when needed to prototype solutions, de-risk designs, or unblock initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education in software/IT with strong platform architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native patterns in on-prem or regulated enviroments.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating on-prem DevSecOps platforms.
• Product thinking for internal platforms with focus on developer experience and adoption.
• Experience driving technical roadmaps and maturing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architectural direction of DevSecOps capabilities within the Internal Developer Platform.
• Establish ownership, decision paths, and shared direction across the platform and adjacent domains.
• Translate project needs into platform improvements with focus on developer experience and adoption.
• Maintain scalable on-prem infrastructure and support future platform initiatives.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps balancing near-term delivery with long-term sustainability and compliance.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to prototype and de-risk platform solutions.
