Terma Group is hiring an Advanced Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of defense software. Join a Scrum team within our Defense organization and collaborate with 150+ experts to deliver mission-critical solutions.

With a focus on testing strategy, automation, and continuous improvement, you will shape testing processes, share knowledge, and support development across the lifecycle. Danish language is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Has experience with software testing and knows how to apply the right testing approach at the right stage of development.
• Experience in agile development environments and understanding the value of CI/CD.
• Holds a relevant degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• Certification in software testing principles (e.g., ISTQB, TMAP) or risk-based testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test activities for defense scenarios and critical system changes.
• Take responsibility for test planning and contribute to quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner, challenging and supporting the team to improve testing practices.
• Collaborate with Test Management and the broader test community to improve testing methods and processes.
• Mentor junior software test engineers and contribute to a strong testing culture.
