We are seeking an innovative and skilled Product Designer to join our Web3 development team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our Web3 products, ensuring an optimal user experience that aligns with the latest trends in blockchain technology.

This role is perfect for a creative and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about leveraging the potential of Web3 to create innovative and impactful user experiences. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Web3 products and delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of this emerging field.

In this position, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Create user-centric designs for Web3 applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. Utilize these findings to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately. Understand and respect technical constraints while pushing the boundaries of Web3 design.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Web3, blockchain technology, and design methodologies.

Feedback Integration: Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations to continuously improve products.

Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate and refine designs.

Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align design vision with business goals and technical requirements.

Responsible for leading and mentoring the product design team and upholding and implementing product design best practices.

Your story:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.

Strong portfolio showcasing design work, with a focus on digital products.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).

Basic understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for user experience.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of blockchain and/or Cardano, smart contracts, and dApp design principles.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Familiarity with design for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
