How you’ll make an impact:

• Strategic Project Engagement: Collaborate with management on interdisciplinary and international projects, shaping the future of strategy development, implementation, and growth.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps in close partnership with clients.
• Insightful Analysis: Conduct market, customer, competitive, and financial analyses to generate management recommendations and develop innovative solutions.
• Specialist Engagement: Lead workshops, conduct interviews, and prepare presentations for management.
• Forward-Thinking Approach: Continually enhance our consulting offerings with innovative ideas.

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: A Master’s, Ph.D., or MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience.
• Experience & Skills: At least two internships or up to two years of professional experience in management consulting, industrial companies, or start-ups with a focus on digital expertise.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• International Exposure: Experience working in international environments during your studies or internships.
• Ways of Working: High social competence, passion, and a team-oriented approach.
• Languages: Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
