Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is THE full-service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&A services. Our core competencies are the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms, as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack-up vessels.

• You provide technical support for wind turbines in the field of electrical engineering.
• You support our technical operations management, perform troubleshooting for onshore and offshore installations and act as the interface between our project management and service technicians.
• You also contribute your experience to the development, planning, and organization of refits for wind turbines and take responsibility for training and instructing service technicians in your area of expertise.
• Finally, you manage our system-related suppliers and work closely with other departments within the company as well as external partners.

• Qualifications: You have successfully completed an engineering degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, or you have completed vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman.
• Experience: Ideally, you already have initial experience in wind energy technology.
• Expertise: You work independently, in a structured, proactive, and systematic manner, and are used to applying your English skills in day-to-day work. You also hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
• Personality: You are highly organized, communicate professionally, and can adapt flexibly to different situations.
