A leading organization in manufacturing is seeking an Application Consultant HRIT for their Internal HRIS Team in Mannheim. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of digital HR experience and strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. Responsibilities include overseeing the HR system landscape and driving digital transformation projects. This position offers flexibility with 1-2 days in the office and a competitive compensation package of up to 80,000 EUR.
We are partnering with an Organisation in the manufacturing sector to hire an Application Consultant HRIT with good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. This is an Internal position , with a final customer, 1-2 Days a week in the office in Mannheim or Worms. The position will help drive the further development of our HR application, collecting, analyzing, and implementing departmental requirements to enhance system performance and user experience. We are looking for someone with at least 2 / 3+ years of Digital HR Experience .
