Zusammenfassung

A leading organization in manufacturing is seeking an Application Consultant HRIT for their Internal HRIS Team in Mannheim. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of digital HR experience and strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. Responsibilities include overseeing the HR system landscape and driving digital transformation projects. This position offers flexibility with 1-2 days in the office and a competitive compensation package of up to 80,000 EUR.

Qualifikationen

  • Oversee HR system landscape including implementations and administration management.

Jobbeschreibung

We are partnering with an Organisation in the manufacturing sector to hire an Application Consultant HRIT with good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. This role is part of the Internal HRIS Team. The organisation has over 4,500 employees in 18 countries. Flexible, Diverse culture, with an openness to learning and collaboration. This is an Internal position , with a final customer, 1-2 Days a week in the office in Mannheim or Worms. The position will help drive the further development of our HR application, collecting, analyzing, and implementing departmental requirements to enhance system performance and user experience. We are looking for someone with at least 2 / 3+ years of Digital HR Experience .

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management : Oversee the HR system landscape, including implementations, release and administration management, interface management, data migrations, and imports. Provide technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous HR-Digital Projects and topics along with your colleagues
  • Project Involvement : Contribute to both local and global projects, supporting the department in its ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary contact for external IT service providers, facilitating effective communication between internal departments and partners to ensure and smooth collaboration.
Education
  • Completed degree or vocational training in (Business) Informatics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Technical Expertise
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC / EC Payroll, SAP HCM, or payroll processes in general. (Flexibility here, if you are open to learning?)
  • Experience with ATOSS or comparable time management systems. (Bonus)
Industry Experience
  • Familiarity with HR and IT tools, as well as related processes within a manufacturing environment.
Project & Change Management
  • Understanding of project management principles and digital transformation initiatives.
