As Head of Software Development (m / f / d), you will coordinate, manage and motivate an existing team of software developers, architects and technical experts (m / f / d).

You will provide key impetus for the company's technical strategy, design the development strategy for the software portfolio and oversee its implementation throughout the entire development life cycle.

You are responsible for the technical roadmaps and support your team in development decisions with a customer- and business-centred approach.

You will represent our company effectively at the interface with partners and integrators.

With your support in technical sales activities and marketing campaigns, you will make a significant contribution to the commercial success of the software products.

• Successfully completed university studies (e.g. computer science, software engineering, medical informatics) or a comparable qualification in the fields of computer science, software development or related areas.
• Several years of experience in the field of software development with disciplinary management experience.
• Industry knowledge in a highly regulated market (e.g. IT security) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a talent for utilising networks for your success.
• Business fluent German and very good English skills.
