A cutting-edge tech startup in Munich is looking for a full-stack engineer to shape the future of AI-powered sales training. This role involves architecting and maintaining core product features, developing AI simulation logic, and collaborating directly with founders. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience and expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. As one of our first engineering hires, you will play a defining role in shaping the product, the architecture, and the culture of the company. You’ll work directly with the founders, own critical parts of our stack, and help bring a category-defining product to life.
