Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing video ads for various digital platforms, focusing on user acquisition and engagement.
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion-optimized.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.
• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance content and speed up production.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling while adapting to feedback and performance data.
• Optimize videos for different formats and channel requirements.
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space to bring innovative ideas.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio of marketing ads.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of NSFW/Adult content advertising trends and KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
