As the Product Manager for Deposit Catalog Management at Raisin, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling Europe’s leading deposit marketplace. Your mission: ensure that our partner banks can efficiently offer deposit products across our B2C and B2B distribution channels, while customers access market-leading interest rates with a seamless experience.
You’ll join the Deposits Tribe—Raisin’s core business line—and report to the Head of Product for Deposits. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for managing the catalogue and configuration of deposit products, and drive optimisations across markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across our B2C Country leads, Business Development, Partner Bank Onboarding, Relationship Management, and Operations, ensuring we deliver scalable solutions that meet both regulatory and commercial needs.

You will work excellently with your engineering and design colleagues. You have a sufficient grasp of the best practices of these disciplines, and our implementations-that you can usually sketch coherent high-level solutions to product problems in various relevant software design artefacts which fundamentally stand up to critiques of your counterparts.

Must haves:
3+ years of Product Management experience
6+ years total experience working on/with technology-powered products in either product or product-adjacent areas (e.g. development, operations, design)
Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers
Should haves:
Experience in the B2C side of a two sided marketplace product and/or eCommerce
Experience building distributed systems / microservices
Important attributes for this role:
You are detail-oriented, analytical in nature (ideallywith a bachelor degree, or previous experience in an analytical discipline)
You are organised and multi-threaded; happy moving multiple topics forward in parallel
