Your Tasks
- Oversee the development and optimization of our onsite and instore retail media products
- Define and prioritize the product strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap
- Support agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure the timely delivery of features
- Analyze KPI data to measure success and derive actions for product optimization
- Create and manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer needs and market demands
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal departments, product teams, and external partners to understand and implement requirements
- Ensure a continuous flow of information between stakeholders and development teams
Your Profile
- A degree in business administration, (online) marketing, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the fields of retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising
- In-depth knowledge of retail media technologies, AdTech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs), and digital advertising formats
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence
- High level of initiative, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
- Creativity paired with a keen sense of trends and customer needs in digital marketing
- Fluent in English, German and additional language skills are a plus
