Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop congatec’s presence on key regional platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, etc.)
  • Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to boost engagement and generate leads
  • Adapt global content – including video content – for local platforms and audiences (in cooperation with global team)
  • Publish and distribute videos on local video platforms (e.g. WeChat Channels, Bilibili)
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights
Online Marketing
  • Support digital lead generation campaigns
  • Coordinate website content localization and translations with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Help execute and optimize local email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer engagement
  • Manage external agencies and partners for tasks such as SEO, translations, or regional paid campaigns
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Online Marketing, ideally in B2B tech or industrial sector
  • Experience with data analysis tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Japanese is a big plus
