You will manage client relationships and optimize online advertising performance to ensure client satisfaction. We’re looking for German-, Dutch-, or Danish-speaking professionals to manage and grow relationships with high-potential clients. In this role, you’ll empower businesses to strengthen their online presence, optimize performance, and achieve measurable results through data-driven advertising strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of business clients onboard new accounts and provide ongoing support as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive maximum ROI and performance improvements.
- Conduct proactive outreach and consultations to understand client objectives and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, professional client follow‑up.
- Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish, with strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of online advertising and performance marketing (PPC, SEM, social media ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hours/week).
