In this pivotal role, you will lead research for Grammarly’s innovative Agents team, directly influencing the development and strategic direction of products that empower professionals and students to supercharge their productivity.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing—to identify critical business questions, apply rigorous methodological approaches, and synthesize insights that inform strategic decisions. Using various techniques, you’ll uncover actionable insights about current and potential Grammarly users. You will also foster a culture of human-centered, data-driven decision-making, helping to guide our evolution as a leader in AI-assisted communication.
