• Manage technical project planning and develop proposals for design solutions in the field of mechanical MEP.
• Prepare technical specifications and coordinate implementation activities worldwide.
• Support technical purchasing during tendering and manage technical alignment.
• Assist the project manager throughout all phases, including on-site construction activities.
• Manage and report on costs, timelines, and quality standards at each project phase.
• Organize and lead meetings with internal teams and external suppliers to plan and track deliverables.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor relevant technical documentation.
• Provide equipment specifications and technical support for procurement.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams from project start to go-live.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in technical management and project execution.
• Strong problem-solving abilities within a team.
• Analytical mindset and meticulous work approach.
• High initiative and assertiveness.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills across hierarchical levels.
• Willingness to travel, including extended stays abroad.
• Fluent in German and English; Italian knowledge is a plus.
