We’re seeking talented Legal Advisors to join our dynamic platform, soonami, as Ecosystem Partners. In this role, you’ll provide invaluable legal guidance to early-stage ventures within our ecosystem, helping them navigate the complexities of startup growth. Tasks

• Provide expert legal advice to early-stage ventures across various legal domains, such as corporate structuring, intellectual property, compliance, and contract drafting.
• Collaborate with founders and teams to ensure ventures are legally robust and set up for growth.
• Assist ventures in resolving legal challenges and mitigating potential risks.

• Participate in long-term collaborations with ventures that may transition to fiat-based compensation after funding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with startups or in venture ecosystems.
• Expertise in corporate, commercial, or startup law is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
