A rapidly growing SaaS company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their high-performing machine learning team and transform how companies make critical commercial decisions.

Innovation, statistics, and data are at the heart of this company. Not just additions to the product, but the core of the product. Compared to traditional methods, this product can be up to 100 times more efficient, enabling data-driven decision-making and more successful customer-centric outcomes.

In this role, you will take full ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing mathematical models and large-scale simulations that address complex business problems. You will translate business needs into robust algorithmic solutions, ensuring these models can scale effectively and perform reliably in production environments. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with broader product and commercial goals.

A background in mathematics, statistics, physical or data sciences will be beneficial; the more quantitative, the better. You should be very comfortable with Python and related libraries for data science and machine learning, demonstrating an ability to build models from scratch.

This role is remote within the EU, but you must be willing to travel to the main office in Germany when required.
