We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support our growing enterprise customer base. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver impactful solutions, enable technical success, and help scale our go-to-market motion with efficient, repeatable tools and resources.

This role blends technical acumen, customer-facing collaboration, and a product-minded approach to solving integration challenges. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and loves working at the intersection of technology and people.

• Partner with Account Executives to provide expert technical support during the sales cycle.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements and design custom integration solutions.
• Build technical demos and proofs of concept that showcase the power and flexibility of ElevenLabs' platform.
• Create enablement content—documentation, walkthroughs, FAQs—to help sales teams better understand and sell the product.
• Develop internal tools or scripts to automate recurring tasks and support scalable customer onboarding.
• Identify common patterns in customer needs and work with the Product team to incorporate those into the platform.
• Advocate for customer needs and act as the technical voice of the user within the company.

• Enjoy working with customers, helping them overcome technical hurdles, and iterating on solutions.
• Have a pattern recognition mindset and are always thinking of ways to standardize and scale.
• Communicate effectively and adapt your message to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Are self-directed, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-moving, remote-first startup environment.

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience (formal or informal) working directly with customers in a technical context.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building internal tools or self-service resources.
• Background in technical sales, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or customer success.
• Familiarity with voice, speech, or AI-based technologies.
