A global anti-corruption organization is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their People and Culture Team in Berlin. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process, provide HR guidance, and support various initiatives aligned with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, fluency in English and German, and a strong understanding of German employment law. Transparency International is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join the People and Culture Team as a People Business Partner (m / f / d). As part of a small team providing human resources support to Transparency International Secretariat with 140 international staff you will be responsible for partnering with team / s to implement People & Culture programs and initiatives in line with HR strategy. You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and support the staff needs of your teams and the organisation as a whole. We're looking for someone who loves to work with people from around the world and whose values align with our mission of fighting corruption across the globe.

Band : salary according to TI-S internal salary structure; for this position corresponding to band PF2 a salary starting EUR 42000.00 gross per year depending on relevant experience
Starting Date : as soon as possible
Contract Duration : Currently we can offer an employment contract limited for a duration of 2 years. There is a prospect of extension subject to organisational need, continuing performance proven and funding confirmed, and there is interest in a stable and long-term cooperation.
Working Hours : full time 100%; 40 hours per week
